It’s my first pixel artwork and I don’t want to screw it up...got any advice?
Be cautious! Prepare your workplace carefully, it should be flat, clean and dry. Use a solid piece of cardboard or a book as support if you plan to move it during the gluing.
Be patient! Take your time to position well the tiles. Use a ruler to re-align every line. And respect the mandatory waiting time to allow the glue to consolidate properly.

What exactly will I find inside my Pixel Art Kit?
Our Pixel Art Kits include all the material needed for a professional rendering. We use high-quality mosaic tiles, glue and grid.

What kind of tiles do you use?
Our tiles are manufactured from high-quality recycled glass recovered from other industries and using all-natural, inorganic pigments (calcified minerals). Coloured in the mass, it can withstand extreme temperature variations and is completely unalterable over time.
Our partner is totally committed to environmental responsibility, using an entirely clean and responsible production system, with minimal water consumption, plus electric kilns, emitting no harmful gases.
As part of its commitment to environmental responsibility, they also launched a unique initiative aiming to meet the “0 waste” challenge in mosaic tile production. The company now recovers the tesserae not apt for sale rejected during the production process. These tiles are re-milled to create a doubly recycled and high-quality glass product used as a filter element for pools.
What kind of glue do you use?
We include a professional glue for both interiors and exteriors usage. Children must use it under adult supervision. The glue is waterproof and non-toxic. Simply rinse with soap and water in case of skin contact.
I’ve used too much glue, how can I remove it?
If you notice a relevant spot of extra glue, it is better to continue to progress and wait for the complete drying to remove. You can scrub it easily once dry (wait 24h minimum) using a knife or your fingers directly. If you have some glu on your finger, you can remove it with water and soap.
How can I fix my artwork onto my wall?
You can simply hang your artwork to your wall using the hanging strips included inside the kit. Alternatively, you can also use a permanent mastic glue for indoor or outdoor usage (or the remining extra glue inside your tube if any). Last but not least you can also choose to fix your tiles directly on other support (plexiglass, wood, cardboard etc.) or just place it on a desk or chimney.
My cat has stolen a tile and I can’t finish my artwork...please help ?
Don’t worry, we got you’re back. If you have any trouble with tiles, send us a picture of your order specifying the problem (broken tiles, missing tiles etc.) to hello@pixelcorner.fr and we’ll send you back some complementary tiles by postmail.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table to check the postage fees for different destination countries.
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the E.U. will be delivered within five to ten days, depending on our transporter status. Shipping to countries outside of the E.U. may take up to 15 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days maximum, earlier if stocks allow it. Outside holidays period which are ususally indicated in our header banner annoucement bar.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. You can contact us at hello@pixelcorner.fr if any doubts or loss of your tracking number.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to most regions worldwide. Please check our transporter detailed breakdown before ordering to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location and estimated timing.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it and following E.U. regulations, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at this time.
How do I return an item?
Please contact our customer service team via hello@pixelcorner.fr Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with return validation note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via hello@pixelcorner.fr with all the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
Where can I purchase Pixel Corner's Pixel Art Kits ?
Pixel Art Kits are currently mostly available through our online shop where you will be able to find all the designs in stock. You can also find us on Etsy or in some local shops and art galery like the amazing Galerie Very Yes at Réunion Island.
Can I place a bespoke order?
We can't currently accept a bespoke design of a pixel artwork due to restricted hands (yeah, we only have two...). However you can make your own creation using our pack of premium glass tiles available in 13 colours and 2 sizes. Read more here.
Can I eat the tiles?
No…don’t…we already told you about the glue…and please stop putting stuff in your mouth!
